In addition to the demo version of the new person search, we are pleased to announce several new features in the Online Collection Wiedergutmachung:

The Online Collection has the ambition not only to offer a central access point to the entire documentary heritage of the German Wiedergutmachung policy, but also to provide research tools and background information on the historical context of Wiedergutmachung. A new interactive map helps users to get an overview of the National Socialist detention camp network 

The new ‚Events‘ category in the ‚Context and Research‘ section is of particular interest to researchers. It provides information on events related to “Wiedergutmachung for National Socialist Injustice” in the broadest sense. It is a quick and easy way to keep yourself up to date about the current thematic priorities and to connect with hosts and speakers. Don’t hesitate to inform us about upcoming events:

The category tree on the homepage of the Online Collection appears in a new design. It offers a thematic access to the Wiedergutmachung documents.
