Enthält u.a.: Das Gutshaus ist ein kompakter, schlossartiger mehrgeschossiger Bau im Stil der Neorenaisssance und wurde bis 1945 von Familie Möcke bewirtschaftet. Vordem der Familie von Lowtzow zugehörig. Auf dem Friedhof ist noch ein Gedenkstein für Wilhelm von Lowtzow (11.8.1879 bis 10.5.1933) und seiner Frau vorhanden. Sehenswert sind dort auch die neogotische Kirche und eine gewaltige etwa 1000-jährige mehrstämmige Linde. Die Fassade des Gutshauses Polchow ist reich gegliedert durch offene Arkadenbögen mit Balkon und ein Portal mit Rundbogenvorhalle, durch Erker und mehrfache Putzquaderung. Eine gestützte einläufige Treppe führt zum Eingang. Darüber wunderbare große Bleiglasfenster. An der linken Seite ein Runderker mit Balkon; an der rechten Seite ein dachgeschoßhoher polygonaler Turm mit ebensolcher Dachdeckung. Die Fenster besitzen Faschungen, die farblich von der Fassadenfarbe abgesetzt sind. Ein Rillenputzgesims gliedert die Fassade waagerecht. Das Dach ist in beiden Fronten von Schleppgauben besetzt. Mit dem Hauptgebäude ist rechts ein Seitentrakt mit Krüppelwalmdach verbunden, der nach hinten verbreitert ist. Zur Parkseite ist das Gutshaus zweigeschossig und hat eine breite Veranda mit Ausgang zum Park. Letzterer ist wegen seine alten Baumbestände sehenswert (Hängeblutbuche, Eßkastanien, Gingo biloba et cetera). Zum Gutshaus führt eine zweiseitige Zufahrt um ein großes Rondell. Es ist saniert und wird privat bewohnt.
