Regest: Bernard Schulte Balhorn, Anton Schulte Höckelmann, Bernard Schulte Deckling, Jacob Richter, Bernardt Heimann und Hermann Schulte Rühekamp, Provisoren und Bauerrichter des Kirchspiels Enniger erklären aus demselben Grund wie U 177, daß Carl Anton Freiherr von Galen zu Assen, dem sie 400 Reichstaler schulden, nicht zufrieden sei. Sie haben daher am 24. Oktober von dem Vikar zu Ostenfelde Christin Bisping 400 Reichstaler geliehen. Diese Summe war der Johannes-Vikarie zu Ostenfelde von Ferdinand Ignatius von Nagel, Domdechant zu Hildesheim, vermacht worden und durch den Testamentsexekutoren Franz Adolph von Nagel, Domküster und -kapitular zu Münster und Hildesheim und Droste zu Steinbrinck und Witzenburg, übergeben worden. Sie erhielten das Geld in 300 Reichstaler in kurfürstlichen Zweidrittel oder doppelten Mark und 100 Reichstaler in doppelten 14 Pfennig-Stücken oder 12-Stücken und haben es zur Abfindung der Schulden bei von Galen gebraucht. Das Kapital wird nun jährlich mit 3 Reichstaler 14 Schilling je 100 Reichstaler, also insgesamt mit 14 Reichstaler verzinst. Verhandelt im Dorf Ennigerloh im Haus des Wirts Johann Bernardt Struick auf der Stube. Zeugen: Fiskus Johann Hermann Torck zum Stovern und der Kaufhändler und Wirt Struick. Notariatsinstrument des Wilhelm Georg Struick.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
