Regest: Vor Thomas Davensberch und Herman Nyehues de junge, Bürgermeistern und dem Rat der Stadt Beckum (Beckem) erscheinen Johan Kothe, Richter, Hinrick Vlogel, Herman Caldewege und Johan Davensberch, Verwahrer und Templerer der Beckumer Kirche, und verkaufen an Hinrick Evinckhuese, Altbürgermeister, und dessen Frau Grete 1 Morgen Land der Beckumer Kirche zu 2 Mudde Weizeneinsaat vor Beckum auf dem Eyllem anders genant auf dem Holderen neben Johan Kothen Kamp und dem genannten Hinrick Evinckhuese. Die Verkaufssumme soll für den Neubau der Kirche (to dem nygen bouwen und tymmer) verwendet werden. Die Verkäufer geloben Währschaft. Ankündigung des Stadtsiegels.
