Duvell zu Warendorf verkaufen die Eheleute Heinrich und Anna Dormeke, Einwohner des Dorfes Freckenhorst, der Freckenhorster Stiftsjungfer Othberg van Langen eine Rente von 1/2 Mark, die jährlich auf Martini [November 11] aus ihrem Haus in Freckenhorst zwischen den Häusern des Gerdt Boeker und des Johann Teygelkamp und dem Markt fällig ist. Die Rente ist wiederlöslich für sechs Goldgulden und eine Mark. Die Käuferin vermacht diese Rente den Armen in Freckenhorst, die in des hl. Cruces huse leben. Der Richter siegelt. Zeugen: Friedrich Zwolle und Heinrich Volle, Bürger zu Warendorf.
