Vorwort: Findmittel: Das Pfarrarchiv ist durch ein Findbuch aus dem Jahr 2011 erschlossen.
Die Kirche in Moggast stand ursprünglich im Filialkirchenverhältnis zur würzburgischen Urpfarrei Pretzfeld. Die spätere Lokalkaplanei Moggast wurde durch Dr. theol. Adam Peter Vogel am 1.10.1770 begründet. Von 1795 - 1850 war die Kaplanei unbesetzt und wurde von der Pfarrei Wichsenstein mit versehen. In den Jahren 1884 - 1890 war die Kaplanei erneut unbesetzt. Im Jahre 1920 wurde Moggast schließlich zur Pfarrei erhoben.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
