Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Latinus, Kardinalpriester der Titelkirche Johann und Paul in Rom, genannt (de Ursinis), Kämmerer des Kardinalskollegiums, bestätigt, dass sich Reinhard [von Weilnau], Abt von Fulda, zur Zahlung der gemeinen und kleinen Servitien (communis et minuti servitiorum), zu deren Zahlung er durch Kirchenstrafen angehalten worden und durch seine Provision verpflichtet war, vor Ablauf der vorgeschriebenen Zeit gegenüber der Kammer des Kardinalskollegiums und den Familiaren und Offizialen der Kardinäle verpflichtet hat. Er verspricht die Zahlung von 66 Kammergoldgulden und 25 Schilling. Latinus bekundet, dass er aus der Hand des Cyriakus (Ciriacus) Leessem, Mainzer Kleriker, nun die Zahlung empfangen hat. Auf die Zahlung weiterer Servitien in Höhe von acht Kammergulden und 25 Schilling verzichtet er mit Zustimmung der Mehrheit der anwesenden Kardinäle und spricht Reinhard von der Zahlungspflicht frei.
