Regest: Vor Bürgermeistern und Rat der Stadt Warendorf verkaufen Ernst Merschman und Engel, Eheleute und Bürger zu Warendorf den Provisoren der "armen Bürgerkinder proven" Herman Korff und Henrich Sternberg, für 50 Reichstaler, die sie bei Ankauf der "Salewieden-Behausung" an der Brünebrede zwischen Berndt Ruitman und Hermann Kleibolte den Provisoren schuldig geblieben waren, eine jährliche Rente von 3 Reichstaler aus dem genannten Haus bei Verpfändung aller ihrer Güter. Es bürgen Bartholdt Schulte und Gertraudt, Eheleute und Bürger zu Warendorf, die ihr Haus samt Hof an der Brünebrede zwischen des verstorbenen John zur Straßen Erben, sowie Hab und Gut verpfänden.
