Die erstere, von der Landesregierung Baden-Württemberg beauftragte Kommission konstituierte sich Anfang Februar 1969 und legte bereits im November 1969 ihr erstes einer Reihe von Gutachten vor, die letztere trat am 2. Oktober 1970 zusammen (vgl. Rudolf Hrbek: Das Problem der Neugliederung des Bundesgebiets, Aus Politik und Zeitgeschehen B 46/71 vom 13.11.1971, S. 3) und übergab im Februar 1973 ihr Gutachten dem Bundeskanzler. Der wohl überwiegende Teil des Schriftguts aus der Reschkekommission ist von Dr. Reschke im August 1972 an das Staatsministerium Baden-Württemberg abgegeben worden (vgl. Nr. 6 dieses Verzeichnisses).
Provenienz: Das vorliegende Verzeichnis erfaßt das am 11. April 1973 an das Stadtarchiv abgelieferte Schrift- und Druckgut aus der Tätigkeit des Oberbürgermeisters a. D. Dr. Hans Reschke in der "Kommission für die Reform der staatlichen Verwaltung in Baden-Württemberg" (nach ihrem Vorsitzenden "Reschkekommission" genannt) und in der "Sachverständigenkommission für die Neugliederung des Bundesgebiets beim Bundesminister des Innern" (nach ihrem Vorsitzenden "Ernst-Kommission", zuweilen auch "Genscher-Kommission" genannt).
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.

In the sources, the persecuted person is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
