Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Papst Alexander IV schreibt den Bischöfen und Prälaten in Österreich, daß er allen, welche zur Vollendung der Kirche des Deutschen Hauses in Marburg beisteuern, Ablaß verliehen habe, und fordert sie auf, die Abgesandten des genanntes Hauses beim Einsammeln von Beiträgen zu unterstützen.
Vermerke (Urkunde): Weitere Überlieferung: Vier gleichlautende Ausschreiben ergingen am selben Tag an die Bischöfe und Prälaten per Alamaniam, per Boemiam, per Ungariam und per Poloniam (vgl. Wyss, Hessisches Urkundenbuch I, S. 122, Nr. 158). Das an die polnischen Prälaten adressierte Exemplar findet sich heute in der Bibliothek des Colorado College, Box 1 (Manuscript fragments): Alexander IV to abbots, priors etc. per Poloniam constitutis. Pro reverentia beate Elysabeth cuius corpus in ecclesia dilectorum filiorum ... preceptoris et fratrum hospitalis sancte Marie Theotonicorum in Marburc Maguntin dioc(esis) venerabiliter requiescit, to all contributing to fabric of the church certam peccatorum suorum veniam consequantur, with licence to collectors to preach for alms. Anagni 5 kalends December yr. 4. Endorsed: sancta + Maria (top centre s,xiii); B. Parm' (bottom left, upside down), various other contemporary endorsements, difficult to read. A printed stamp of "Caspar R. Gregory, Theological Seminary, Auburn N.Y.", holes for two cords sur double queue, cords and bulla missing (das Regest wurde von Prof. Nicholas Vincent, University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK, angefertigt, der uns dankenswerterweise über den Fund dieses Stückes informierte).
