Berndt Westeroth zu Freckenhorst verkauft dem Hermann Storck von dem jüngst von hiesigen Kapitularjungfern angekauften Grund, den Johann Schröder bewohnt, den Teil von seinem Wohnhaus, nachdem zum Bau neun Fuß abgezogen wurden, bis an die Bergstraße in der Breite und von der Geiststraße bis zu Lubbert Westhauses Hof in der Länge, mit dem darauf stehenden Gadem. Die Kaufsumme beträgt 53 Reichstaler 9 Schilling 4 Pfennig. Der Käufer muß jährlich von dieser Hausstelle der Martins-Vikarie 2 Schilling 6 Pfennig, wegen des Misthaufens jährlich 4 Schilling und nach Sassenberg 8 Pfennig zahlen und dort einen Dienst verrichten. Zeugen: Franciscus Andres, Kanoniker zu Freckenhorst, Gerhard Münstermann und Wessel Franz. Notariatsinstrument des Johannes Knapheide.
