Überlieferungsgeschichte
1811 wurden Oberamtsgerichte in Württemberg eingerichtet, 1818 die Trennung der Justiz von der Verwaltung durch Einsetzung von unabhängigen Oberamtsrichtern durchgeführt. Ab 1825 waren die Amtsgerichte auch für Ehesachen, ab 1875 für die Aufsicht über die Amtsführung der Standesbeamten zuständig. 1879 wurden Amtsgerichte und Schöffengerichte für Strafprozeßsachen bei den Amtsgerichten aufgrund des Reichsverfassungsgesetzes errichtet. Ihre Zuständigkeit erstreckte sich auch auf die Zwangsverwaltung von Grundstücken; 1934 teilweise Angliederung der Erbgesundheitsgerichte; 1935 bis 1945 Verreichlichung sämtlicher Justizbehörden; 1952 und 1974 Neuordnung der Amtsgerichtsbezirke.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
