Regest: Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Warendorf verkaufen auf Grund des Konsensbriefes des Erzbischofs Ferdinand (von Köln) vom 12. Dezember 1623 Marie Dorhoff in Münster für 300 Reichstaler (davon 200 in alten Reichstaler und 100 in neuen Kreuz- oder Albertitaler gezahlt) eine jährliche in Münster zu zahlende Rente von 18 Reichstaler unter Verpfändung des städtischen Gehölzes und der Weide, der Frede genannt, und mit Vorbehalt der halbjährigen Kündigung. Bürgen: Gerdt Heßlingh sen. und Margarete Estinghausen, Eheleute, die Hab und Gut, sowie ihr Haus in Warendorf zwischen Tonnies Walmeiers Haus und dem Emstor zum Pfand setzen. Unterschrift des Notars und Stadtsekretärs Johannes Consbruch und des Bürgen.
Ausfertigung - Pergament 30 x 41 cm; anhängendes Sekretsiegel in Holzkapsel beschädigt. Abschrift (Alt: Abt. 2 D IX 4) beiliegend. Laut Dorsualnotiz wurde die Urkunde den Jesuiten in Coesfeld geschenkt, bei denen die Schuld 1728 abgelöst wurde. Bisher U 124.
