Gibt zuvor dem genannten Almusen das Viertel zur Landgarb. Ist weiter niemand haft. Dieser Kauf ist geschehen um 30 Pfund Heller, die ihm die Käufer bezahlt haben. Er, seine Erben und alle Inhaber des verschriebenen Unterpfands sollen und wollen dasselbe in baulichem Wesen erhalten und jährlich auf die bestimmte Zeit den 1/2 Eimer Weingült neben der Landgarb reichen bei Pen (= Strafe) Angreifens und Vergantung des Unterpfands, wie zu Reutlingen Sitte, Recht und Gewohnheit ist. Doch haben er und seine Erben Fug, diese Gült wieder abzulösen jedes Jahr, doch allein zu Herbstzeiten mit 30 Pfund Heller Hauptgut, nachdem das dem Inhaber dieses Briefs 1/4 Jahr zuvor verkündet worden ist.
