Der Kaufbrief ist bestätigt von der Darmstädter Regierung mit Datum vom 31. August 1767. Zusätzlich liegt dem Kaufbrief eine Quittung über den empfangenen Kaufschilling bei, die ebenfalls auf den 17. März 1767 datiert und von der Verkäuferin unterschrieben ist.
