(?), Amtsverwalter und Gerichtsschreiber der Vogtei Sultzschnaidt, bekennt: Hans Geiger ist der eheliche Sohn des Georg Geiger selig, gewesenen Müllers, und der Elisabetha Schmoltz selig, die auf der zu seiner Verwaltung gehörenden Tannenmühle sesshaft waren. Er war dem oben genannten Junker mit Leibeigenschaft zugetan und ist jetzt aus ihr gütlich entlassen worden. Als Zeugen seiner ehelichen Geburt hat er beigebracht Martin Maier, zu Weitzlandt wohnhaft, bei 72 Jahren, und Mattheis Entzensperg zum Paumgarten, bei 60 Jahren alt. Sie haben eidlich bezeugt, dass vor ungefähr 36 Jahren Georg Geiger und seine Hausfrau Elisabetha in der Pfarrkirche zu Sögg zu Kirche und Strasse gegangen seien, wobei die Zeugen persönlich zugegen gewesen seien. Hans Geiger sei der eheliche Sohn des Ehepaars.
