Regest: Vor Wolter Vuyst und Johan Turck als Laten der Thesaurarie zu Xanten haben Johan Hamer und seine Schwester Lyntgen ihr Behandigungsrecht an ein im Vornicker Feld (int Vornicker veldt) [Vornick: Bauerschaft östlich Goch.] gelegenes Stück Land, das mit einer Seite und einem Ende an die öffentliche (gemeine) Heide grenzt, mit der anderen Seite und dem anderen Ende an Derick Meyffortz Land, das ebenfalls von der Thesaurarie leibgewinnrührig ist, an Jelis van Dreven und Derick van Lymborch je zur Hälfte übertragen. Danach sind Johan Hamer und Lyntgen enthandigt worden, und Jelis und Derick haben mitzuhelfen gelobt, das Land von der Thesaurarie zu gewinnen (winnen ende werven). Geschieht das nicht, darf die letztlebende Hand die „abgestorbene” Hand neu gewinnen und deren nächsten Erben behandigen lassen gegen doppelte Kosten, die von dem auf dessen Land wachsenden Gras (schaeren) zu nehmen sind. Daraufhin werden an das Land Conradt van Dreven, Jelis Sohn, mit der ersten Hand und Franß van Lymborch, Dericks Sohn, mit der zweiten Hand behandigt.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
