Enthält: (I) 1) Die studd. iuris, besonders die subsidiarii, wurden ohne viel Erfolg zum Opponieren in den publicis disputationibus ermahnt.; 2) Über die subsidiarii wurde der Kanzlei berichtet.; 3) M. Georg Burckhardt legt ein Gutachten wegen seiner Dialektik bei.; 4) Die Kostherren müssen vierteljährlich Tischzettel mit dem Extraaufwand ihrer Kostgänger vorlegen; gegen Exzesse wird vorgegangen.; 5) Das überflüssige Zechen wurde abgestellt, kommt aber bei den Balbieren wieder auf. Dem M. (Johann Heinrich) Stockheim wurden wegen unordentlichen Lebens die privilegia universitatis entzogen; er zieht immer noch Studenten an sich; Bitte, den Stadtmagistrat zum Vorgehen gegen ihn und die Balbierer zu veranlassen.; 6) M. Georg Burckhardt wurde zum Bibliothekar bestellt, die Bibliothek an einen passenden Ort gebracht und ein Katalog angelegt. Ein praeceptor stipendiariorum Grempii fehlt, M. Burckhardt ist dazu bereit.; 7) Die Univ. will keinen besonderen Koch im Stipendio Mart. anstellen. (vgl. 33a) (174-176').
