Regest: Rector, Cancellarius, Doctores und Regenten der Hohen Schul zu Tübingen urkunden: M. Philippus Laubenberger, Pfarrer zu Aalen, teilt mit, dass er für seine Hausfrau Catharina Noderer um das Bürgerrecht zu Reuttlingen anhalten wolle. Es wird daher bezeugt, dass Dr. jur. Paulus Noderer selig vor ungefähr 34 Jahren sich mit Catharina Voltz, Tochter des Dr. jur. Valentin Voltz, gewesenen Professors bei der Hohen Schul zu Tübingen, verheiratet hat und dass die genannte Catharina Noderer beider eheliche Tochter ist. Sie ist am 24. Mai 1584 durch Jacobus Andreae, Doctor der heil. Schrift und Professor, auch gewesenen Probst und Cancellarius Universitatis, sodann Frau Margaretha Vogler, Hausfrau des Chilian Vogler, Doctors der Arznei und Professoros selig, als Gevattern in St. Georgs Kirche zu Tübingen zur Tauf gebracht worden. Catharina Noderer ist weder der Universität noch sonst jemand durch Leibeigenschaft verbunden.
