Identifikation (Urkunde): Originaldatierung: Geben nach Crists geburt geburt drueczenhundert iar in dem siebin und siebinczegesten iare an mantage vor sent Bonifacien tage
Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Heinrich von Herda (Herde) erklärt, dass Konrad [von Hanau], Abt von Fulda, ihn als Burgmann auf der Burg Gerstungen [Gem. Gerstungen, Wartburgkrs.] verpflichtet und mit einem Burglehen von sechs Gulden jährlicher Rente aus dem Zoll in Gerstungen [Gem. im Wartburgkrs.] ausgestattet hatte. Diese Rente löste der Abt mit 60 Gulden aus Einkünften in Sonneborn, Brüheim [beide Orte Gem. im Lkr. Gotha] und weiteren im Einzelnen aufgeführten Dörfern ab, wofür ihm Heinrich von Herda sechs Gulden jährlicher Rente von seinen Gütern in (Mose) verschrieb. Heinrich versichert, diese sechs Gulden nicht ohne Einverständnis des Abtes zu veräußern und innerhalb eines Jahres Güter für 60 Pfund Heller zu erwerben, um sie vom Abt als Burglehen zu empfangen, womit die Güter in Müs (Mose) [Ortsteil der Gem. Großenlüder, Lkr. Fulda] wieder ledig sein sollen. Siegelankündigung.
