2.2.14 Juweliere und Goldschmiedewerkstätten Hildebrandt (Bestand)
Bestandsgeschichte: Der Bestand enthält Unterlagen der Einzelhandelsfirmen H. Hildebrandt KG und Albert Hildebrandt KG, beide u.a. Grimmaische Straße 21. Die Firma Albert Hildebrandt ist auch in der Rechtsform einer OHG, zuletzt Dufourstraße 19, nachweisbar. Des Weiteren scheint sie auch unter der Bezeichnung Goldschmiede-Werkstätten A. Hildebrandt firmiert zu haben. Bis zum 30.9.1936 besaß die Firma H. Hildebrandt die Rechtsform einer GmbH. Ab Januar 1975 erfolgte die Liquidation beider Firmen. Nach den Steuerunterlagen wurde die Firma H. Hildebrandt zum 31.10.1975 aufgegeben und die Firma Albert Hildebrandt zum 1.1.1976 aufgelöst. Da beide Firmen die selben Gesellschafter hatten, die überlieferten Vorgänge deshalb teilweise auch Angaben zu beiden Firmen enthalten und keine umfangreiche Überlieferung vorlag, wurde ein zusammengefasster Bestand gebildet. In ihm liegen überwiegend Steuer- und Bilanzunterlagen vor.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
